MINT is an Emirati-founded brand selling leather sleeves, covers and charms through mintuae.com. If you want to talk to us about anything on this page, email info@mintuae.com.

When you place an order: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and what you ordered.

When you personalise a piece: the name or text you asked us to print, and any image you uploaded.

When you browse the site: the usual anonymous statistics — pages viewed, roughly where in the world you are, and which device you used.

To make and deliver what you ordered, to reach you if there is a problem with it, to handle returns, and to understand which parts of the site people actually use so we can improve them.

We do not sell your information to anybody, and we never have.

Card payments are handled by Stripe. Your card number is entered directly into Stripe's own fields and never reaches our servers — we can see that a payment succeeded and the last four digits, and nothing more.

Our delivery partner, who needs your name, address and phone number to bring you the order.

An image you upload for a personalised piece is used to produce your order and nothing else. It is never published, shown to anyone outside the workshop, or used in our own marketing without asking you first.

Tell us at any time and we will delete it.

The site uses cookies to remember what is in your basket, to keep you signed in, and to count visits anonymously. You can clear or block them in your browser — the basket will simply stop remembering you.

Order records are kept for as long as UAE accounting rules require. Everything else we keep only while it is useful to you, and delete it when you ask.

Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@mintuae.com and we will do it within 30 days.

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date at the top.
