Placing an order on mintuae.com means you accept what is written here. If something on this page does not work for you, please ask us before you order rather than after.

An order is confirmed once payment has gone through and you have received a confirmation from us. We may decline an order — if a piece has sold out, if we cannot deliver to the address, or if we believe the order is fraudulent — and if we do, you are refunded in full.

All prices are in UAE dirhams and include VAT where it applies. Personalisation is charged as a separate line on top of the piece. We can change prices at any time, but never for an order already placed.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed by Stripe. Production of a personalised piece begins once payment clears.

Check your spelling before you order. We print a name exactly as you typed it, and we cannot change it once production has started.

By uploading an image you confirm you have the right to use it, and that it does not belong to somebody else. We will decline anything that is offensive, or that infringes someone else's work.

Personalised pieces cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a fault.

Delivery is free across all seven emirates. Timings given at checkout are estimates rather than promises — once a courier has the parcel, its schedule is not ours to control.

Our photographs are taken as faithfully as we can manage, but leather is a natural material: grain, shade and texture vary slightly from piece to piece, and no two are identical. That variation is part of the material, not a defect.

Returns and exchanges are covered by our Returns & Exchanges policy, which forms part of these terms.

If something goes wrong with an order, what we owe you is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits any right the law gives you that cannot be limited.

The MINT name, logo, photography and site text belong to us. Please do not reuse them commercially without asking.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute is for the courts of Dubai.
